Data collected
The newsletter form collects your email address and, only if provided, your name and birthday. It also processes your consent, selected language or audience, optional campaign parameters and technical data required for security. The graduation planner sends no data to this website; it prepares a message locally for you to send through WhatsApp if you choose.
Purposes and legal basis
Newsletter data is used to send updates, invitations, karaoke dates and Bar Thomas news on the basis of consent. Voluntary WhatsApp or email contacts are processed to answer the request and, where necessary, to take pre-contractual steps requested by you.
Single opt-in
Subscription is active after a valid form submission and does not require a second confirmation email. The consent checkbox is not preselected. You can unsubscribe through the link in each message or by writing to Minqi@barthomas.it.
Providers
Brevo manages the mailing list and email delivery for the controller. Google Maps Platform provides public place and review content. Google Ads and Google Analytics measure campaigns only after consent. WhatsApp is an external Meta service and you choose whether to start a conversation.
Google Maps reviews
The Aruba server calls Places API (New) to display the rating, review count and up to three public reviews ordered by Google. The API key remains on the server. Public profile images may load from Google services with no page referrer.
Cookies and measurement
Google Ads and Google Analytics load only after acceptance. Consent Mode v2 keeps ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied until consent is given. You can change your choice through “Manage cookies” in the footer.
CMS and delivery
Content may be read from a headless CMS at build time. Visitors receive static pages and their browser does not contact the CMS. If a CDN or edge service is enabled, it processes the technical data required to deliver and protect the site under its own agreement.
Retention and rights
Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the service ends, subject to legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by writing to Minqi@barthomas.it. You may also contact the Italian Data Protection Authority.
